Fortunately for us, the NCAA playoffs delayed the news until we got home from the three hour Oregon PUC Hearing, so we could watch Bruce Corn alternatively driving a John Deere over Wettstein farm ground, and standing on the edge of Kennington Farms property overlooking the Malheur Butte. I won't say much tonight because I have visitors driving in from Yakima. But I will quote the OPUC's Administrative Law Judge following 45 interminable minutes of Idaho Power corporate Powerpoint filibustering. It didn't do your PR efforts any good, guys.
